Week Five: Cruising
Week Five Start Date: Feb. 8,2016
The first month is done!! I'm almost afraid to say this, but I think I got this! I'm working hard (5-6 hours of cardio a week and lifting several days a week). There are days when I'm exhausted and I know I'm not drinking enough water, but all things considered, I'm chugging along just fine these days.
The only bummer right now is that my coach dropped protein bars from my diet. You know, those things that you can pretend are candy bars when you are desperately searching your home for something, anything, containing sugar?! Well, at least I can still eat fruit...for now.
